Strawberry Overnight Oats

This is one of my favorite go-to breakfasts (or snacks) to eat. It is super easy, quick and simple that you can make ahead of time . I make 4 mason jars at a time.


Servings 4:

Per 1 serving:

Calories: 251

Carbs: 33g

Fat: 6g

Protein: 15g


Recipe:

1 cup chopped strawberries

3/4 cup Two Good Vanilla Yogurt (Or any yogurt of your choice)

2 cups quick oats

3.5 cups Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 Package of Sugar Free Strawberry Jello Mix


How to make:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Partition out in mason jars

  3. Let sit atleast for one night

  4. Enjoy!
