4:30 a.m. Pre-run: I try to start my day with hydration, I drink a bottle of water with LMNT electrolytes. Paired with yogurt and crunchy granola or a quick Nutri-grain bar.
7:00 a.m. Pre-CrossFit: A simple yet tasty Rice Krispy Treat.
9:30 a.m. Breakfast Bliss: Post-exercise, it's time for a hearty breakfast to kickstart the day. Usually, I eat a Veggie Egg White Omelet paired with refreshing Strawberry Overnight Oats to a classic Thomas whole wheat bagel or a bowl of oatmeal. I tend to go to Starbucks or TwinValley and get an iced coffee with sweat cream.

12:30 p.m. Midday Fuel: By midday, I'm ready for a nutritious and fulfilling lunch. A typical plate might include lean Ground Turkey, vibrant Asparagus, Green Zucchini, sweet Grape Tomatoes, and fiber-rich Brown Rice – a colorful and delicious combination that keeps me fueled and focused.

3:30 p.m. Energizing Smoothie: A blend of ripe Banana, mixed frozen fruits, nutrient-rich Broccoli, and hydrating Cucumber, all swirled together with Coconut Water – a delightful and nutritious pick-me-up to power through the rest of the day.
6:30 p.m. Dinner Delights: Generally I eat Mixed Veggies and Chicken or a creative carb twist like tortillas with guacamole, cauliflower pizza, Banza chickpea pasta, gnocchi pasta, or even homemade pancakes, I ensure each meal is both nourishing and enjoyable.
